The largest program of the Turkish Fulbright Commission is the Fulbright Foreign Student Program.

 

Turkish students who are eligible can apply for funds towards a graduate degree or PhD dissertation research.

 

Students who are awarded this grant receive up to $30,000/year for one or two years depending on the program. They are also provided with a return ticket to the US and health insurance.

 

Once selected by independent committees, these students are placed in US institutions during the next application year.
